DreamFighters.com was able to catch Rich Franklin between his busy training sessions to ask him a question or two.

Rich Franklin: No problem glad to do it


DreamFighters.com: How is training going? - Who are you training with right now?

Rich Franklin: I am training with Matt Hume in Seattle Washington. Things are going real good and I am right on schedule


DreamFighters.com: Are you wanting a re-match with Anderson Silva ?

Rich Franklin: If I earn another title shot and he is still the champ yes, of course I want to fight him again

DreamFighters.com: Many of our readers like to know what a Professional, and such a MMA star like your self goes through on a daily basis. Can you quicky run down what a normal training day looks like?.

Rich Franklin: I get up around 8 in the morning and Run on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I then do business things like return emails and talk to the guys at American Fighter Jeff and J.T. to do business. I go to the gym around 11 and train till 1:30-2. I eat then rest and go back for more training like boxing till 7 then swim and then go home.

DreamFighters.com: What do you think about the new fight org that start up DREAM?

Rich Franklin: I am really to busy to keep up with all of the new groups springing up.
